Supplementary healthcare package

Individual sessions are then often reimbursed in full or in part.

Fees
The extent to which individual sessions are reimbursed varies from one healthcare package to another. Click below for a clear overview: https://nvpa.org/insurance/public
However, no rights can be derived from this survey of NVPA.
It is therefore advisable to check with the health insurance provider whether changes have taken place.
Check if the fee has changed?
When you call your health care provider they need the following information:
- It is a question of reimbursement of integrative psychotherapy. .
- There is membership of the NVPA and the RBCZ.
- KVK number: 66437245
Benefits compensation from the supplementary care package
Compensation from the supplementary care package has a number of advantages. As a result, the costs can often be lower than basic insurance care:
- You have no letter of referral necessary.
- Your own contribution from your health insurance will be not addressed.
- Besides these advantages, there is another advantage: the health insurer does not ask for information such as a diagnosis. There is therefore complete privacy.
Rates
Upon registration via this website or the direct mobile number, the costs of therapy and coaching are:
Individual sessions € 116,- per 60 minutes (no VAT).
If you prefer shorter or longer sessions, this is not a problem. The rate will then change proportionally.
Coaching is subject to a rate of € 140,- per 60 minutes (excluding VAT). Coaching is not reimbursed by health insurance companies.
Pay
You can pay by bank transfer after the session.
You'll get an invoice for this. You can then make a declaration to your health insurance provider.
Cancel
In case of cancellations, I ask you to report at least 48 hours in advance. So I don't have to make unnecessary costs (I can then schedule someone else). In case of a later cancellation, session costs will be charged.
